Shipping

Orders typically leave our facility within 2-3 business days of receiving and clearing the payment. Most of our domestic orders normally takes an additional 3-4 days from the date of shipment. Based on these estimates, you can typically expect your shipment to be delivered within 5-7 business days of placing the order. Delivery times will vary depending on location.

International shipment charge is applied. The shipping charge being shown once you input the shipping country. If your country is not listed in the online checkout, you may contact us via email for further arrangement. International shipment, including China, generally takes 7-14 days from date of shipment to arrival, depending on the customs procedures of the destinated country.

For order placed to delivered to China, identification and mobile number of the receiver must be provided in compliance with China’s regulations.

We strictly adhere to all customs and shipping requirements imposed by the destinated country. Please check with the destined country’s customs office for regulations and precise charges. Icowy assumes no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions and charges imposed and/or enforced by the destinated country. For refused shipment, customer is responsible for both duties and shipment charges incurred at the destined country and shipment origin.

How Do Ordered Items Get To Me?

Items purchased on Icowy are shipped either from Icowy or directly by the shop who listed them.

If you ordered multiple items, your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Once an item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number for each package via email.

You can check the status of your order by logging into Track An Order. You can also email us with inquiry details. We will get back to you as quickly as we can.

How Do I Return or Exchange An Item I've Purchased?

Fill in the Contact Us form and we’ll help you through the return or exchange process. Please include your order number and the name of the item you would like to return or exchange.
